Get fit with ex-footballer
Mr Lindegaard, a former Yeovil Town player, took a session with the South West Women's Combination League champions and said: "We did some testing to see where they are physically as it's pre-season.
"It went well and they took everything on board."
Team manager Steve Phelps said: "Andy's come in as a fitness and conditioning coach and is monitoring us as a team and as individuals. We are hoping to have him through the whole season."
The women are preparing for their first season in the Tesco Premier League Southern Division and Mr Phelps welcomed having someone of Andy's calibre to help out.
He said. "It's what we need to compete at this level. Andy's very good and he is the right person to come in and help us."
Mr Lindegaard was released by Yeovil Town at the start of the year and decided to hang up his boots. He kept a keen interest in fitness and training and he moved into business with sister-in-law Charlotte Dymond.
He said: "My sister-in-law completed her masters degree and I found myself without a football club and with a new baby, so we decided to go into business together."
He worked with the Yeovil Town youth team last season and Dymond Strength is also in talks with Cheltenham Town, Bristol Rovers and Plymouth Argyle.
